We provide the service of compiling a selection of potential destinations and venues to suit your event budget. We offer onsite venue inspections and a full report with our recommendations. The service includes a summary of costs, so you can make precise venue comparisons and select the ideal venue for your event.

Scenography, AV & Stands

There is more to audio visual and stand construction than just setting up the equipment. Preparation, professionalism, pro-action, building rapport, logistics and asking the right questions is what it takes to execute successful events. Understanding our client's needs always comes first. We offer a full service of stage-set and stand design and construction, as well as high quality audio visual equipment and onsite team. We will be right there during the preparation of your event, set-up, through-out the event right through to tear-down, offering full support for you, your exhibitors and your staff.

Scheduled Reporting & Budget Control

Scheduled Reporting lets you schedule daily, weekly, and monthly emails for complete visibility into your event costs. We can support you with that as well as a fully itemised forecast budget for your event, taking all your needs into consideration in order to give you a broader picture of your event overview before you get started. We also offer a working budget in real-time so that you can monitor your progress as you move forward in the build-up to your event.

1. You and Movers & Shakers SA de CV

Our company is Movers & Shakers SA de CV, we are an events organiser company. Our business is producing events. If you purchase our products or use any of our services and information or attend, speak or sponsor any of our events then you are one of our customer.

As a customer we require you to provide us with your contact details in order for us to provide you with the best possible service. This includes your name, your job title, your company’s name and address, your business email address and telephone, and if you are registering for a colleague to attend you may also provide a separate contact details with an email address and contact details. Your business email address and contact details is absolutely essential as this is how we will send you information about your order, including order confirmations, invoices and a remittance advice to confirm payment. Your details may be used to contact you to send you information about our events, should you wish not to be contacted for this reasons please express it via email at info@moversandshakers.mx

2. Formation and Incorporation

Subject to any variation to the contract in writing and signed by a duly authorised representative on behalf of Movers & Shakers SA de CV, the Contract will be upon these Terms and Conditions, to the exclusive of all other terms and conditions, including any terms and conditions, which you purport to apply under any purchase order, confirmation of order or similar document, whether or not such document is referred to in the contract.

Each order or acceptance of a quotation for an event or event material will be deemed to be an offer by you to purchase an event or event material upon these Terms and Conditions. The Contract is formed when the order is accepted by Movers & Shakers SA de CV by way of a written acknowledgement of order. There is a 50% liability on all bookings once made, whether by telephone, email, web, by post or in person. Receipt of this booking form, inclusive or exclusive of payment constitutes formal agreement to attend and acceptance of the terms and conditions stated and are sold on a firm sales basis.

3. Event Bookings / Payment Terms

We reserve the right to decline any booking for an event. Movers & Shakers SA de CV requires full payment of the amount to be made at the time of booking via credit card, bank transfer ot other payment method. If payment is not made at the time of booking an event, then an invoice will be issued and must be paid in full within 14 days from the date of the booking stated on the invoice and immediately prior to the event. A credit card guarantee may be requested if the full payment has not been received in full before the event and payment will be taken before entry to the event. We are unable to allow a delegate to attend an event or have access unless payment has been received in full by us prior to commencement of the event. Movers and Shakers SA de CV reserves the right to charge interest on unpaid invoices.

4. Cancellation Policy

The event organised by Movers & Shakers SA de CV formed under Mexican company law and registered in Mexico. Cancellations received more than 45 days before the conference date, will be eligible for a refund less US$85 administration fee. Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellations made less than 45 days before the event date will not be entitled to a refund. If you are unable to attend, no refund can be given but you may nominate a colleague to take your place

5. Indemnity

Movers & Shakers SA de CV reserves the right to make alterations to the event / executive briefing content, timing, speakers or program and venues beyond our control. The event may be postponed or cancelled due to unforeseen events beyond the control of Movers & Shakers SA de CV. We have no liability for any loss of trade or profit occurring to the customer as a result of a change or cancellation. Movers & Shakers SA de CV will not accept liability for any transport disruption or individual transport delays and in such circumstances the normal cancellation restrictions apply.

6. Payment of Invoice

Our aim is to establish and maintain a long – term business relationship with all our clients and customers, however failure to pay in accordance with clause causes us significant problems and expense in chasing late payers. For late payers we will take action to enforce full payment of the invoice, and without prejudice any other rights, to terminate the contract with you in respect of any future supplies and to compensation for debt recovery costs. In jurisdictions where this may not apply you accept that equivalent interest (8% above Mexico's' base rate) and debt recovery fees (minimum US$50) will be payable to offset our costs in this matter. If you have a problem with any product or service please contact us immediately and we will try and resolve the issue. You should however pay the invoice in full by the due date to prevent further action!
